    Very effective.

    I struggle with anxiety and insomnia and was reluctant to use a prescription sleep aid with high addictive potential. I was also very skeptical that these sleep gummies would work for me. Much to my relief, they are very effective. Taking just one about 2 hours before bed allows me to fall asleep very easily and go back to sleep quickly if I happen to wake up. The taste is also pleasant, fruity, slightly herbal and not too sweet. Very happy with this product.
